In 1995, The Leadership Lincoln Class project was to raise money to purchase a fire truck to run the area just outside the Fayetteville City limits.
They raised enough to purchase a 1965 Ford Class A Pumper. This Central Volunteer Fire Department is housed in the EMA building in Fayetteville.
